Time

Time
I grieve for what is gone
Never to be relived
All that I was
All that could’ve been but never will be
Time is just a faded memory
I would have frozen time had I known

Time
I never know what time it is anymore
My mind lives in the past
My heart looks to the future
Always confused by the real time
as it ticks away

Time
I beg you to fast forward
to the future that awaits my presence
Time heals, they say
so I beg you to heal me
But how much time will this journey take?

I really like this one. It speaks of some things that I’ve been saying more and more as of late. Time is truly our most precious commodity.

Beautiful..this speaks to my heart, i go from timeless to times prisoner, to how many more times do I have to navigate these emotional minefields. I said to a friend recently a survivor at least you are alive and she said is this living? To be seperated from divine God source. I dont know.
